    Weekly OAC meetings, financial controls, schedule updates, and field QC.

    Closeout

    Warranty, O&M handover, and final lien releases.

Do you manage projects we're self-performing?

Yes — we can act as owner's representative while you or another contractor self-performs, or we can manage multi-prime jobs for private owners.

What is your fee structure?

Project-management engagements are priced as a percentage of construction cost or a fixed monthly fee, depending on scope and duration.
